It’s no secret that track tension is critical to drive lug wear. Rubber Tracks USA Greased hydraulic tensioners have been specifically designed for rubber tracked skid steer loaders to reduce downtime when adjusting track tension.

No more swinging large spanners/shifters or stilsens in the mud when adjusting your tracks. Around 30 seconds and a grease gun is all you need to adjust track tension.

Our hydraulic tensioners also reduce track removal time dramatically. To completely compress a fully tensioned track for removal simply unscrew the grease nipple to release the pressure. Approximatley 1 minute is required. How long did it take to unscrew tensioners last time you removed a track?
